We believe in building trust and long-term relationships with our customers. Therefore, our return & exchange policy is designed to be fair, accommodating, and customer-centric. We offer all live items to arrive alive. In the event an item is DOA. We require a clear photo in the bag and then laying on a white background out of the bag within 2 hours of receiving your shipment. If you don't accept shipment of first delivery attempt voids DOA guarantee.
